Entrepretrait is the study to explore the personality traits as the predictors of the entrepreneurial orientation. Design/Methodology/Approach - A sample above 400 Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee students belonging to various courses and years will be collected. There are 10 factors defining the entrepreneurial orientation of the students included in this study. Findings - Factors such as Innovativeness, Locus of Control, Risk taking propensity, Management Skills, Need for Achievement, Tolerance to Ambiguity, Ability to Co-operate, Passion for Business, Positive attitude and Team Worker will be evaluated to identify the entrepreneurial capabilities of IIT Roorkee students. The study will explore how strongly the chosen factors predict the entrepreneurial orientation in the respondents. Statistical analysis will be performed to find out the results and discussion will be carried out in the light of the results.
