Benefiting this potential requires the investigation of their entrepreneurial conditions in details. Presumably they are encountering many obstacles and confronting hidden difficulties while wishing to implement their entrepreneurial activities. Their entrepreneurial success depends upon a particular set of mediating variables, which might be organized in a pattern of well thought and influential factors. The present study postulates a model, based on recognition of influential parameters, by concentrating on the Iranian woman's creativity and entrepreneurial ability, it reveals the direction in which their success can be foreseen. It is based on the recognition of subjective, social and environmental factors already available in the literature, and checked by the panel of experts for validity in connection to the Iranian environment.
