The Poor infrastructure serves as a stimulus to BPLC women and paves the foundation for the starting up of an enterprise. In this situation their family support, their individual competencies and market potentials interact and enable the metamorphosis of the women entrepreneurs. Whereas competent women who have been exposed to market facilities but having lesser family support turn out to become workingwomen. By the virtue of role adoption process either as entrepreneur or as workingwomen they get empowered.
