N2  - This study pertains to  the upcoming BPLC Women as entrepreneurs and the impact of their economic growth on Community Development. The Poor infrastructure serves as a stimulus to BPLC women and paves the foundation for the starting up of an enterprise. In this situation their family support, their individual competencies and market potentials interact and enable the metamorphosis of the women entrepreneurs. Whereas competent women who have been exposed to market facilities but having lesser family support turn out to become workingwomen. By the virtue of role adoption process either as entrepreneur or as workingwomen they  get empowered. This empowerment makes them grow and develop to create an impact over their individual selves and family and ultimately the community at large
