To some, failure may mean having to give up a venture totally; to others it may mean a change of initial plan or idea. It may also mean not being able to grow the business to the scale that was initially envisaged. Success is relative and is subject to individual interpretations. In spite of all the planning, challenges faced and solutions identified-there can be many reasons why start ups fail to scale. This article tries to curtail your blind spot on the not-soobvious reasons why start ups fail to scale. Awareness of factors leading to failures increases the chances of success. The inputs for the article are based on the qualitative feedback captured from entrepreneurs and senior professionals in the industry.
