This with the purpose of identifying types of entrepreneurship and performance characteristics that facilitates the design of strategies for microenterprise development. It highlights the economic conditions in the region as a factor that stimulates the start-up of microenterprises and the effect of the educational level these microentrepreneurs have with the opportunity of consolidating their business projects. It is noted that the implementation of microenterprises is seen as a necessity not an opportunity.
