Reorientation of formal technological education systems towards sustainable development, at all levels, including higher education for youths giving due importance to both the content and the outcomes of sustainable development. In order to eliminate digital divide and also to support speedy actions to remain in the market Information Technology revolution: is necessary. An appropriate designed Model of Technopreneurship can generate Self-Employment among the trained youths to change their lives. Every aspirant must acquire the suggested three basic skills of the Technopreneurship-Model to start and run the enterprise. Vocational, Technoprenurial, and Entrepreneurial are the skills required for self-sustainable enterprise....
