These include new soft approaches by way of ICT and Service Industries. It is also a fact that Quantitative aspect of formal college education has exploded with over 400 universities and plans for quickly increasing it 10 fold. It is the output for these that are going to be the Backbone of future Knowledge Economy and more so a Knowledge Society. Unfortunately even Contemporary Education does not support Entrepreneurship culture among youth.
