However, integration of the two concepts from educational prospective has rarely been discussed in social entrepreneurship literature. This paper aims at contributing to the field of social entrepreneurship by proposing a conceptual model for social entrepreneurship education aimed at developing the intention and competencies that lead to the establishment and growth of a social venture. The research article starts with a review of existing literature in the field of entrepreneurship education, behavioral intention and competencies in reference to its use in the context of social entrepreneurship. The authors then propose a model for social entrepreneurship education in which different pedagogical techniques/tools and curriculum content for developing behavioral intention and competencies has been discussed. The paper provides a useful source of information for educators and researchers in relation to pedagogical techniques/tools and curriculum content by the virtue of theoretical unfolding and discussions.
