The case study model was used to analyse, the results of this research showed that entrepreneurial learning on growth or failures, thus becoming a learning medium for entrepreneurs to achieve competence and eventually transition from entrepreneurship to a professionally managed firm by taking advantage of the Osborne Effect. Future research should investigate entrepreneurial learning dynamics, especially in other fields and a different model of learning's or reciprocal relationship between entrepreneurial learning and venture growth with a new model.
