It touches upon the fact that to promote rural development, entrepreneurship is seen as a strategic development intervention that could accelerate the rural development process. It is pointed out that institutions and individuals seem to agree on the urgent need to promote rural enterprises. The importance of linking entrepreneurship to rural community cannot be under stated. particularly with the rural market emerging as a point of global focus and attraction.. and its high time we all take note of it.
