dc.description.abstract | Entrepreneurship is the need of the hour, as everyone believes. However, those with service background generally don’t prefer their children to join business due to many reasons. The fear of taking risks is more among women; as the current study indicates. In a developing state like- Madhya Pradesh, where there are comparatively lesser women entrepreneurs, this issue becomes more imperative to study. This paper discusses the enterprising spirit among women in MP. A research was conducted on 100 women executives working in private sector in Indore city. The study delves into aspiration of them regarding entrepreneurism. It discusses some barriers to entrepreneurism and suggestions are put forward to promote this feeling amongst all. | en_US |
