Abstract: In the 21st century, entrepreneurship is the way of economic development of any country. This field generates the solution of poverty alleviation, wealth creation, and job creation. Entrepreneurship implies, the skills required to choose an objective, with innovative and creative ability to assemble the resources (land, labour, and capital) into a process and produce a final product for serving the customers or society. Entrepreneurship and leadership are interrelated to each other. Leader influence the other persons present in the organization to contribute in the achievement of common goal. A woman by participating in entrepreneurship field contributes equally in the development of nation’s economy. With growing number of women owned businesses at international level, the question arises, “How can we encourage the women entrepreneurship, eradicate obstacles faced by women in business establishment and assist their escalation process of their business?” For enlargement of business, a woman requires certain leadership skills to lead and manage the organization effectively. This paper has an aim to study the leadership role of women entrepreneurs which are essential for her enterprise. The result has been analyzed through various statistical tools and techniques.
