dc.description.abstractRule of thumb are important as they provide direction for policy makers. Estonia being the leader in e-governance has paved some rule of thumb for e-governance which makes governance more accessible. This paper puts together the ideas of governance from Estonian e-governance model and design thinking for new product development, to come up with rule of thumb for replicating similar feat in Indian Context. Such governance would not only serve for the betterment of public in general but would be a big boost for small businesses and entrepreneurs for whom government compliances would becomes many folds easier.en_US
