dc.description.abstract | Rule of thumb are important as they provide direction for policy makers. Estonia being the leader in e-governance has paved some rule of thumb for e-governance which makes governance more accessible. This paper puts together the ideas of governance from Estonian e-governance model and design thinking for new product development, to come up with rule of thumb for replicating similar feat in Indian Context.
