Abstract: The Medium and small enterprises (SMEs) differ considerably with Large enterprises and Medium (MLEs) with regard to the development of theirs. SMEs aren't effective not due to a fruitful business environment or any other such external factors but the potential and internal factors to perfect these factors. This paper examines the principle of solid growth. Particularly, it tries to identify determinants and models of firm growth that are applicable to small enterprises. The examination suggests that there continues to be a total lack of a discussion of a suitable way of measuring solid development within the literature. The goal of this report is developing an integrative type of small business development which is both wide in range and parsimonious in nature. The paper shows the intricacy of the problem of firm growth. When it comes to learning small firm growth, it's essential to focus on the multi dimensional nature of growth. Consequently, it's helpful to mix or even modify existing theories and models of solid growth in scientific studies about small firm growth.
