Abstract: Entrepreneurial intention is defined as the self-inclination of a person to start a new business and knowingly plans to do that in future. Saffron as being the heritage of Kashmir and its production and value is decreasing year after year; therefore there is need for revival. This paper will study Kashmir as a state suffering from young generation crisis in agricultural sector especially saffron sector. This sector can help in employment creation in a state suffering worst with unemployment in almost every sector. Innovative youth can revive saffron sector through entrepreneurship and can help in solving this problem. This study was conduct among the youth of particular area (Pulwama) where saffron is grown with at least 100 respondents. Main aim of this study was to analyze entrepreneurial factors that have an influence on entrepreneurial intention. In this study theory of planned behavior was used to study the entrepreneurial intention among the Kashmiri youth. Subjective behavior norm and attitude towards behavior has shown a positive and higher impact as compared to perceived behavior control on entrepreneurial intention.
