Abstract: Women empowerment is needed at all levels especially in rural parts of India. They have been neglected from several decades having considered inability to compete against the male counterparts. This type of socio-economic disparity needs to be resolved to bring women into the main stream of life. In reality, all women’s are entrepreneurial in nature, as they have the managing skills to deal with the toughest of the tough situations.
