Entrepreneurship helps women in gaining financial independence and social status, making others recognize their skills and abilities. Women entrepreneurs have a touch of social commitment for society and have the belief that starting up their new and innovative venture will entail economic development as well as employment generation. Their ability to convert an innovative thought into an entrepreneurial venture can be seen in the level of success and growth of these ventures. The efforts of the women entrepreneurs in the utilization of resources, creating employment opportunities, and setting a benchmark for other women are highly appreciable (Kamberidou, 2020). All over the world, women having an entrepreneurship mindset tends to hop into the process of entrepreneurship and accomplish it in this competitive business setting. However, the existence of gender inequality poses immense challenges in the way of women business owners in comparison to their male counterparts. Even from the study conducted by Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (2019-2020) in the overall countries, it is evident that in the majority of countries there is lesser involvement of women in entrepreneurial activities.en_US
