Abstract: Socioeconomic upliftment through entrepreneurial life is the desire of Scheduled Caste (SC) entrepreneur. After a long struggle in business world, when they got the success in business, they are expecting to achieve the social respect at par with upper caste. Only economic upliftment is never satisfying Scheduled Caste entrepreneurs in terms of their successful business life. They are observing changes in the action and reaction with upper caste. Improvement in the importance of role in the decision-making process in society is major remarkable effect. Scheduled caste entrepreneurs are also competing in business world to survive and grow. Their caste is becoming barrier in the growth or not is also an important aspect. It is general impression in the society that caste is becoming barrier to grow as an entrepreneur. Therefore, this study is attempt to understand the correlation of caste and business dynamics as well as to understand the impact of economic upliftment on the social status of scheduled caste entrepreneurs.
