This study examines the effect of entrepreneurship education on the employment performance of students. The authors conducted a survey of postgraduate students across state universities in India. The relationship between entrepreneurship education and employment performance was examined using exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modelling. According to the findings of this study, entrepreneurship education improves employment outcomes. Students' employment outcomes are significantly affected by the dimensions of entrepreneurship education, locus of control, self-directed achievement motivation, tolerance for ambiguity, and risk-taking propensity. A weak relationship was also found between social-oriented achievement motivation and student performance.en_US
