Abstract: B schools are known as nurseries of shaping and developing management graduates for entrepreneurship. But this development was not possible only with a regular curriculum. Hence, policymakers suggested designing a separate cell, which will develop students as entrepreneurs, focusing on some practical exposure. The Entrepreneurship Development Cell is being promoted in educational institutions to develop institutional mechanism to create entrepreneurial culture in academic institutions and to foster entrepreneurship for generation of wealth and employment. Management Institutes form ED Cell as co-curricular activity of the Institute. ED Cell arranges various activities and programmes throughout the year. But there is no uniformity in the formation and running of ED Cells. ED Cells operate in isolation. ED Cells should have to build a network with an entrepreneurial support system. The researcher has designed a programme for ED Cell of B schools which can be followed by other institutes also.
