dc.description.abstractIn conformity with the Industrial Policy which spells out the strategy foe rapid development of small scale, tiny, cottages and village industries, Sikkim has various developmental agencies to help the new generation of entrepreneurs. It is a fact that the State is industrially not developed due to the constraints like infrastructural facilities , limited resources, marketing facilities and absence of entrepreneurial skills. It is, therefore, the development agencies which are working in the field of industrial development in the State has to create the environment to accelerate the movement by motivating the new generation of entrepreneurs for the purpose.en_US
