Abstract: The objective of this study is to examine the impact of perception towards entrepreneurial ecosystem factors on the entrepreneurial intention of management students. We analyze the relationship under the mediation effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The existing studies on entrepreneurial ecosystem factors on entrepreneurial intention focus on developed country context. However, in the context of an emerging country such as India, where the factor condition is different than in developed countries and the perception of students also might differ, the results might not be conclusive. Thus, we conduct this study to substantiate the results from the emerging country context.
