Knowledge Management (KM) is a field that has garnered significant attention from both researchers and practitioners, particularly in the context of a knowledge-based economy. Scholars and industry experts recognize the paramount importance of effectively managing knowledge, considering it as a primary resource in the modern economy (Manfredi Latilla et al., 2018). Despite substantial investments in state-of-the-art technology for knowledge creation, sharing, storage, and acquisition, companies, including Fortune 500 firms, suffer considerable losses annually due to knowledge mismanagement (S. Wang & Noe, 2010). Consequently, knowledge emerges as a vital resource that provides a sustainable competitive advantage in today's dynamic and competitive economic landscape (Grant, 1996; Spender & Grant, 1996; S. Wang & Noe, 2010).en_US
