Abstract: | From the Director General’s Desk: Exploring Entrepreneurship and its Multifaceted Benefits - Entrepreneurship Excellence begets economic growth, poverty alleviation, employment generation, innovation and inclusive development. Entrepreneurs are hailed as the architects of India’s transformation. Universities and schools are also gradually adopting the role of enablers of entrepreneurship. No wonder, the Chief Guest at EDII’s 24th Convocation of Academic Programmes, Dr. Vijay Kumar Saraswat, hailed entrepreneurs as the “catalysts who will translate India's dreams into reality.” This belief coming from a stalwart of the like of Dr. Vijay Kumar Saraswat, Member, NITI Aayog, Former Director, DRDO and Distinguished Scientist, speaks volumes about the role of entrepreneurs in being the beacon of prosperity and growth of the nation. |
