This cost efficient integrated municipal solid waste management (IMSWM) approach has been introduced by intensive recycling programs. Such low-carbon and energy-efficient technologies of hi-tech industries make important contributions to mitigating the impacts of economic growth on global warming. SE provides innovation to improve science and technology extension system and sustainable mechanization for mitigation of rural poverty.
