Abstract: This is a conceptual paper which tries to study various literatures available on Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) in relation to Entrepreneurship. TPB is given by Icek Ajzen, 1991, which measures particular behaviour in context with attitude towards behaviour, subjective norms towards behaviour, perceived behavioural control towards behaviour and in aggregate intention towards particular behaviour. As it is difficult to measure entrepreneurial behaviour of a person directly, here, the authors have tried to review various studies done on entrepreneurial behaviour by using Theory of Planned Behaviour, which was not done in India earlier by any researcher. There are many literatures available in the subject of Entrepreneurship, especially on Entrepreneurs’ qualities, Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs), Development of Entrepreneurial activities in particular regions, but none of the studies done in India has tried to study the Theory of Planned Behavior in Entrepreneurship and hence the authors find a huge gap in this direction which remained untouched for many years. By this paper the authors have tried to throw light on this uncovered area of Entrepreneurship.
