dc.description.abstract | Unemployment among educated youths is increasing alarmingly and creating serious problems which not only have economic implications but also social and moral consequences in the region and more so in the case of rural and semi-urban areas. Thus, in the present context, entrepreneurship is one of the most viable solution and educated youths need to be encouraged to take up entrepreneurship as an alternative career. This not only makes a person selfemployed but also helps in multiplication of job-opportunities for the unemployed on the one hand and optimum utilization of under-utilized resources of the region on the other. | en_US |
