dc.description.abstractThe rise in unemployment due to imbalance between population growth and job vacancies is a serious problem for developing countries such as Indonesia. University graduatestended to contribute highest rate of unemployment in Indonesia. This is due to their preferences to work at formal sectors than to become an entrepreneur or self-employed person. Therefore, entrepreneurship development may be one solution to decrease unemployment from university graduates in Indonesia. Entrepreneurial self efficacy suggested as the main factor that has the bigger effect toward entrepreneurial intention and behavior. Entrepreneurial self efficacy which have been using for MBA students and nascent entrepreneurs left limitation applying for entrepreneur students. Entreprenur students are not only creating new venture but they are in the end of TEA phase in entrepreneur process which finally they have to decide to continue their business or to stop it (discontinued). Entrepreneur students need more than entrepreneur self efficacy as mediating factor some background factors toward a career as entrepreneur. Entrepreneurial self efficacy maturity is a synthesis of entrepreneurial self efficacy and entrepreneurial maturity, which means a process of entrepreneurial increasing of students that finally could reach the readiness and confidence to perform entrepreneur as athe career choisen. This construct is proposed to perform entrepreneurship graduated career development.en_US
