They have shed their own form and are comfortably embracing entrepreneurship. Although the concept is old, the attitude of starting own business and to manage as such has changed. This paper study such case of Naga women entrepreneurs in the two districts of Nagaland- Dimapur and Kohima and also, to motivate tribal women to achieve sustainability and be self reliant through entrepreneurship.
