Abstract

Ball pens is indispensable for literate people, the principal part of which is refill. Infact, the quality of ballpen depends upon the quality of refill. In past few days, many types of refills and ballpens are used like sharp type refill-Reynolds and Rotomax and ordinary kind of refills as well. Although the unit set up would produce both ordinary as well as jotter refills yet the production process of ordinary refill is quite an easy one. Basically, the production process of both kinds of refill is actually an assembly work in which the spare parts are assembled. As the refill of ball pans get used, hence, there is a very big replacement market for refills and this market is widening with spread of education.
