Abstract

Gaggery dani davi or Chikki Gud is a party and nutritious food item made out of ground nuts that the children are extremely fond of. However, in winter season, the consumption of Gud dani is more, nevertheless it has an average demand throughout the year. Although there are a variety of chocolates available in the market for children and there are reputed names in this field which through extensive advertising are quite established and successful in their own right, Yet products for children have wide market. This product is cheaper and more nutritious as compared to the products of big companies.
