dc.description.abstractDifferent mouth fresheners are used in different parts of the country after the meals. At some places Saunf-Supari is used and at other places sweet Saunf is used, and also beetle leaves. At some places, there is trend of having sugar cubes or jaggery. Similarly, the mouth fresheners that is quite popular is coriander dal. Coriander dal is used in homes as a mouthfresheners because of its good taste, digestive qualities and a special kind of odour.en_US
