dc.description.abstract	Television tuner is used in the television receiver for selecting the desired Channel. It consists of R.F. amplifier stage, the mixer and local oscillator. The tuner includes provisions for fine tuning, Automatic Frequency Tuning (AFT) and Automatic Gain Control(AGC). This item is reserved for manufacture in the small scale sector. There are two types of tuners i.e, Mechanical Type (Turret Type) and Electronic tuner. The profile is for assembly of TV tuner (Turret type).	en_US
