Abstract: | Fish/Prawn pickle, when carefully prepared under most hygienic conditions with addition of required quantity of salt, preservatives and spices will have generally an average shelf life of one year. Most of the sea fish like Prawn, Tuna, Pomfret, Mackerel, etc. are ideally suitable for making fish pickles. |
