Abstract: Entrepreneurship has injected a feeling of self-sufficiency and motivation amongst the educated masses of India. But the same generalization to the uneducated masses is yet under scrutiny. Contextual andragogy and learning systems for the uneducated masses shall aid in reducing skill gap and more significantly propel the will to establish enterprises. The current study proposes to evaluate one of the learning systems developed for uneducated skilledartisans of the Banni Region (Kutch, Gujrat). The study shall be modelling the interactions and effectiveness vide a tool named Sociogram. It has been found that the self-led team-education system has led to newer designs, evolved entrepreneurial instinct and improved team-orientation – that act as a prerequisite for establishment of an enterprise.The research proposes to evaluate the customized education system for Artisans in the light of its effectiveness in propagating Entrepreneurial instinct, market-orientation and design output.
