Metal Punching Plant

Abstract

A punching plant is suitable for manufacturing strap-hinges, corner plates, flush latches, mouse and rat traps, clamps, draw pulls, countersunk door pulls for cupboard or wardrobe doors and other small metal parts. The basic materials used in the plant are normal steel sheets, aluminum sheets, copper sheets and brass sheets. The equipment and the plant can be easily tailored to suit different requirements, ranging from plants using production methods which require a high proportion of manual work to others equipped with automatic machinery lines which require a relatively small amount of labor.
