Abstract: India is being considered to be the youngest nation in the world today as it has more than 50% of its current population below the age of 25 and over 65% below the age of 35. It is expected that this demographic ratio will remain the same for the country for the next three or four decades to come according to the population study experts. Considering the above stated fact and the prevailing situations one can easily conclude that in the coming decades fmding suitable job opportunity is going to be one of the major concerns for the youths of our nation as more and more young people getting professionally qualified in view of making themselves fit in for the job market. Completion among the youth for acquiring well-paid jobs have already become tremendous as there is very less number of new job opportunities created every year in our country against the numerous students graduated each year from the different professional educational institutions in India. It is definitely going to be big challenge for our nation to create adequate job opportunities for our youth so as to make them selfdepended and self- sufficient and also at the same time to contribute to the development of the nation as a whole. As being a 'Young Nation' as we are today, the key for success and development lies in making use the full potentials of our rich human capital. Looking at the given situations, this can be only possible through making all possible efforts in the area of Entrepreneurial Development in our country to attract our professionally skilled youth to start up their own ventures where in number of job opportunities for others also being created.
