Abstract: Gender is very important part of our society. It has nearly half proportion in total population. Since long this segment is ignored in the area of production or economic concern as well as our socio-cultural system. Thus, it becomes cut part of development stream of the nation. We know that in the man dominant society, socio-economic status of the women in rural or tribal area is very low. Tribal families are suffering from poverty, unemployment and underemployment pressure is there. Even whole families are involved in earning process. If women have potentiality for fruitful earning opportunities with spirit of selfsufficiency and self-reliance, they can contribute well to survive themselves. They can overcome from the survival difficulties by using their own eco-friendly productive skills based on exploitation of local materials. We have strong knowledge bank of HUNNER (skills). Tribal areas are rich with natural resources. Since long these tribal were being closed to nature and depend on the output of the natural resources for the livelihood purpose. They are laborious but not able to convert into fruitful gain. Now it becomes hard to survive due to lower confidence in their own skills during the age of global village. The real solution of livelihood problems is not lies in the term of globalization, infect it is in "local conception", inside self-sufficiency (inner motivational entrepreneurship). The study has been organized to know the situation of livelihood in tribal Area of Gujarat with women segments and analysis the opportunity for sustainable potentiality in Tribal area of Gujarat in Baroda district to reach on root solution. It will keep us before the way to prevent migrated and help to regenerate affection with their motherland (surrounding environment). It will long run establish mutual relation towards survival of human-being and nature.
