Abstract: The rural population constitutes a major segment in India. The livelihood strategies of this vast segment depend primarily on agriculture and allied activities. This has made a huge impact on the domestic production, employment, etc. These problems can be tackled, to a certain extent, by developing entrepreneurship in Rural India. This entrepreneurship is studied in rural boy in agriculture sector. The case study shows that through entrepreneurship he utilized his 50 acre land by the production of flowers, organic fertilizer, biogas generation, spices, poultry and vermiculture. The products are sold to national and international markets. This project gave emphasis on promoting entrepreneurship among the young people. Instead of working in an organization an individual can be self employed by starting its own business.
