The transformation in the outlook of an employee, professional manager, intrapreneur and entrepreneur were brought out in the case through the character Abhishek. Optimism and the self confidence with professional capabilities as the basic foundation, the genesis of an enterprise, growth and development through various phases, abilities to make use of the opportunities offered by the environment are certain vital aspects not to miss. A definite growth around the core competency involved in the process of creating value for the customers, expansion in product lines forming Strategic business units, a cohesive business model integrating the opportunities with business are of vital importance to any management practitioner which includes entrepreneurs. While pursuing the single objective of the welfare of the stake holders of the business enterprise, the case emphasizes the problem of entrepreneur burn out and succession issues.en_US
