dc.description.abstractIn Japan pve was first industrialized In 1949. Because of its being excellent in electric and chemical properties and of flow, it can easily be processed; in consequence of which, P'v C has been developed and utilized for various purposes. As a result, the annual production of pve has increased rapidly, attaining approximately 1,200,000 tons a year. In order to make use of P'VC for various purposes, the technical development of plasticizer, stabilizer and other additives as well as of processing machines have rapidly been achieved.en_US
