The investigators, in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra, conducted a study of small-scale industrial entrepreneurs. Based on this study the paper attempts to collate, analyze, and understand the concept of entrepreneurial behavior, its major factors and the variables underlying each factor, which leads to improved entrepreneurial performance.en_US
