| Abstract: | I. Product and its uses Belt Fasteners are used for joining two ends of flat belts to make it endless one. Belt fasteners are made in various shapes and sizes. Some common types of Belt Fasteners and their sizes are as under. This profile envisage only aligator type belt fasteners. (a) Belt Lacing or Aligator Type Belt FMteners They are made from carbon steel strips and are available in sizes which are numbered according to width of fasteners. These· are 15, 20, 25, 27, 35, 45, 55, 65 and 75. (b) Jakson Type Belt Fastener. (c) Conveyor Belt Fastener. (d) Walker Type Belt Fastener. |
