Abstract: The rural community development is mainly focused on the involvement of community people in development activities in order to improve life of rural people. The change or something new in existing community practice or system that improves economic as well as social condition of community is emerged the concept of rural community innovation. The main objective of the paper is to determine the variables of community innovation from literature and to identify the factors of community innovation in rural development perspective based on empirical data. The study was conducted through field survey of rural people, who involved in entrepreneurial activities. The paper has used exploratory factor analysis in order to investigate factors that might explain the underlying belief of rural entrepreneurs about community innovation. In this regard, the paper identifies the significance three factors of rural community innovation. The finding of this study provides important insights for measurable conceptualization of rural community innovation and allow for the implication to be made for rural entrepreneurship development. Although the future scope of this research could corporate large sample data, greater number of variables of community innovation and conduct in other countries.
