I. Products & their Uses In Western style of eating, spoons, forks and knives are essential items in the table service. In Hotels & Restaurants in our country, even in small towns, table service with forks and spoons are customary. Table Cutlery items are suitable for manufacture in small scale industry. The materials used in their manufacture diffel from manufacturer to manufacturer. However stainless steel cutlery has become most popular and this project profile proposes production of stainless steel cutlery only (Reservation No. 472). II. Market Potential With the growth of urbanisation and changes in style of living and food habits, demand for table cutlery is increasing day by day. It is expected that the demand will be increasing progressively, so the marketing will not be a problem for the small cale units.
