I. Product and its Uses The use of domestic utensils made of Steel plates are well known to every one as they are seen in households and sweet meat shops. Familiar items of such utensils are deep and shallow frying pans, spoons, Roti Roasting plate (Tawa), Tongs etc. n. Market Potential These items are required by all sections of the society whether they are rich or poor. As the population increases, the demand for these items also increases. Further these items have market in rural as wen as in urban areas. This industry is labour oriented using hand tools and hence can be dispersed over a wide area thus creating employment.
