Abstract

I. Product and its uses Hair pins and air clips are being used only by ladies all over the world. Even the women folk in rural areas have started using this item extensively. Because of' the item being so cheap there is good market potential for this, II. Production Target (per month) It is proposed to manufacture : 14000 gross of hair pins & hair month. Ill. Production Details and Process of Manufacture clips per Hair pins and hair clips are quite simple items to manufacture. These are made out of spring wire of 16-18 gauge. The wire is fed to the automatic machine where the pins clips are formed to their final shape. After that these are painted by dipping in black paint and then baked in the oven. The baked hair pins are finally packed in cartons of a dozen pms each and marketed. In this project two automatic hair pin and hair clip making machines are provided. The capacity of each machine is 220 gross hair pins per day per shift and 400 gros hair clips per day per shift. Hair pins can be made out of H.B. wire also. In this scheme, hair pins are made out of spring wire.
