I. Product and its use A sizeable amount of the food grains produced in our country are destroyed by pests and diseases of crops. Hence, protection of the plants which is necessary, is done by spraying insecticide and pesticide in the form of dust or liquid spray. The insecticide liquid is sprayed through a sprayer. Which consists of a container to hold the solution, a hand plunger pump to pump the liquid and nozzle with spray lances, for forcing the liquid under high or low pressure. The liquid tank: can be of G.!', brass or plastic material. II. Market Potential These sprayers can be used for spraying insecticides in the fields, gardens, fruit orchards etc. As plant protection is a must for any plant, the sprayers finds a market. Sometimes these are sold through dealers and sometimes to the Agricultural Departments.en_US
