Levellers and Cultivators

Abstract

I. Product and its uses Leveller is an agricultural implement used for shaping and levelling of land. This is also used for making large bunds/and terraces. It work by cutting the soil collecting the same and depositing it where desired. Cultivator is used for tilling and inter-culture. It has suitably shaped triangular shovels made of carbon steel and heat treated for tilling. It has long wooden beam and is manoeuvred with a handle. II. Market Potential These are the common implements regularly used by the farmers. Therefore, the demand for this item is always there. III. Production Target (per annum) The project envisages the manufacture of 900 Nos. each of levellers and cultivators per annum.
