| Abstract: | I. Product and its uses Bicycle frame lugs are used to connect the important frame tubes namely seat tube, down tube and the top tube. One set of lugs consists of three pieces. (Reserved list Sr. No. 713). U. Market Potential These lugs have to be supplied to the bicycle frame manufacturers as original equipment. The replacement market is negligible. Hence the entreprenuer has to make sure about the quantity he can sell to the manufacturers of complete cycles and frames. The cycle manufacturers are concentrated in Haryana, Punjab, West Bengal, Bombay and Madras. UI. Production Targets (Per annum) It is proposed that the unit will manufacture 90,000 sets of lugs pee annum. |
